As much milk is enough for one egg as can fit in half of the remaining shell.
You will need: 4 eggs, 2 tomatoes, half a glass of milk, 60 g mozzarella, 0.5 tsp. oregano, a pinch of ground pepper, 5 g of salt, 20 g of butter.
Preparation: Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella. Beat eggs with milk, salt, spices and pour into a skillet. After 2 minutes, spread the tomatoes and cheese evenly. Cover and cook the omelet for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Omelet with fried tomatoes
Beat the eggs in a circular motion in one direction.
You will need: 3 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 100 ml milk, ground black pepper, salt, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
