Ingredients List:
- 1 Cauliflower Head
- 10 Chicken Thighs
- 16 Oz. Cheese (1/2 Cheddar, ½ Monterey Jack)
- 6 Spring Onions
- 5 Bacon Slices (Thick)
- 1 Onion
- 4 Oz. Cream (Heavy)
- 8 Oz. of Cream Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 1 Green Pepper

Method:
1. Cook chicken thighs in casserole dish with seasoning and water for sixty min-
utes (350 degrees)
2. Cook bacon in oven for twenty minutes
3. Chop cauliflower into florets
4. Cook in microwave
5. Slice onion and fry with pepper in a frying pan
6. Chop cooked chicken into a bowl
7. Add all ingredients into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese
8. Cover dish with foil
9. Bake for twenty five minutes at 350 degrees
