Ingredients List:

  •  1 Cauliflower Head
  •  10 Chicken Thighs
  • 16 Oz. Cheese (1/2 Cheddar, ½ Monterey Jack)
  • 6 Spring Onions
  • 5 Bacon Slices (Thick)
  • 1 Onion
  •  4 Oz. Cream (Heavy)
  •  8 Oz. of Cream Cheese
  •  1 Tablespoon Garlic
  •  1 Green Pepper

  •  Casserole Dish
  •  Frying Pan

Method:

1. Cook chicken thighs in casserole dish with seasoning and water for sixty min-
utes (350 degrees)
2. Cook bacon in oven for twenty minutes
3. Chop cauliflower into florets
4. Cook in microwave
5. Slice onion and fry with pepper in a frying pan
6. Chop cooked chicken into a bowl
7. Add all ingredients into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese
8. Cover dish with foil
9. Bake for twenty five minutes at 350 degrees
