Sleep Inducer

Ingredients:
3oz Grape Seed Oil (carrier oil)
3 drops Orange
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Vetiver

Directions:
Mix all oils together in a glass bottle (with dropper). With the cap closed, give it
a good shake to incorporate all the ingredients. Add 5 to 10 drops in your warm
bath water or use it to massage your back and feet.

Sleep Spritzer

Ingredients:
8 drops Roman Chamomile
3 drops Bergamot
3 drops Clary Sage

Directions:
Mix oils in a dark-colored, glass bottle. Add 1 to 2 drops on a cotton ball and place on your pillow. You can also add 3 to 5 drops of this blend in a spritzer and spray some on your pillow and your entire bedroom. Chamomile Lavender Blend

Ingredients:
2 drops Roman Chamomile
1 drop Bergamot
1 drop Clary Sage
1 drop Lavender

Directions:
Place all oils in your diffuser at least 30 minutes before going to bed. You can also add these oils in a bowl of warm water and place near your bed so you can in- hale the aroma of the essential oils.

Simple Sleep Blend

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Jojoba Oil
3 drops Lavender

Directions:
Add ingredients on your diffuser before going to bed. You may also add 3 to 5 drops of this blend in a spritzer and spray all over your bedroom and your pillow to help you doze off easily.

Flower Blend
Ingredients:
2 drops Ylang- Ylang
3 drops Lavender
Mix oils together. Add to your warm bath. Turn on faucet and gradually add the oil to your bath water while the faucet is on for even distribution. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes while inhaling the aroma of this sweet sleep blend.

Citrus and Flowery Blend
Ingredients:
1oz Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil
2 drops Chamomile
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Marjoram
2 drops Orange
2 drops Tangerine

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a dark-colored, glass bottle. Place a few drops on your hands and use it to massage on the back of your neck and on your feet. You can also ask someone to massage it on your back before bedtime.

2 teaspoons Fresh Milk or Cream
6 drops Lavender

5oz Unscented Bath and Shower Gel
4 drops Yarrow
4 drops Marjoram

Citrus Lavender Blend

Ingredients:
4 drops Cedarwood
8 drops Lavender
12 drops Orange
2 drops Roman Chamomile
3 drops Valerian

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a clean, dark-colored, glass bottle or container. You can add 2 to 3 drops of this blend in a cotton ball and place on your pillow. You can also add 3 to 5 drops in a spritzer and spray on your pillow and around your bed- room. Alternatively, mix 5 to 8 drops of this blend in Epsom salt and add to your warm bath.

Massage Blend for Sleep

Ingredients:
2 drops Valerian
2 drops Valor
2 drops Vetiver
2 drops Roman Chamomile
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Cedarwood
4 drops Orange
1oz Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil or Coconut Oil

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a glass container or bottle. Use it to massage your feet, your back and the back of your neck. You can also add this blend to your diffuser or spritzer. For your warmbath, mix 5 to 8 drops of this blend and soak for 10 to 15 minutes before going to bed.

Relaxing Rose Blend

Ingredients:
2 drops Benzoin
2 drops Geranium
2 drops Cedarwood
2 drops Rose

Directions:
Mix oils together and add on your diffuser or spritzer. You can also add 2 to 3 drops of this blend on a cotton ball and place on your pillow so you can sleep bet- ter and faster.

All Flowers Blend

Ingredients:
2 drops Roman Chamomile
2 drops Jasmine
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Neroli
2 drops Rose

Directions:
Add this blend on your diffuser or spritzer. You can also add 3 to 5 drops of this blend on a bowl of warm water and place near your bed. For bedtime massage, add 1oz Jojoba oil or almond into the blend and massage on your back, feet, nape and temples.

4 drops Rose
1oz Almond Oil or Coconut Oil

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a glass bottle or container. Add 5 to 8 drops of this blend into your warm bath and soak for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use this blend to massage your back, nape and feet. If you don’t have time for massage, simple put 2 drops of this blend on your palms and rub. Cup your nose with your palms and inhale.

Relax and Calm Sleep Blend

Ingredients:
2 drops Ylang-Ylang
2 drops Rose
2 drops Neroli
1 oz Jojoba Oil
Directions:

Use this blend to massage your feet, back of your neck and your back before going to sleep. You can also add 3 to 5 drops into your warm bath. If you don’t have a diffuser, add 3 to 5 drops in your spritzer and spray all over your bedroom and on your pillow.

Four Flowers Sleep Blend

2 drops Rose
2 drops Lavender

Add these oils in your diffuser or in a bowl of warm water. The synergy of floral scents in this blend is highly intoxicating and will put you to sleep almost instantly.

5 drops Clary Sage

20 drops Roman Chamomile
15 drops Bergamot
10 drops Clary Sage

1.5 fl oz Distilled Water
