Ingredients
- Celery – 3 stalk, large
- Apples – 2 medium
- Ginger Root – 1/2 thumb
- Cucumber – 1 cucumber
- Parsley – 1 bunch
- Lime (with rind) – 1 fruit
- Lemon (with rind) – 1/2 fruit
- Spinach – 2 cup
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to the juicer, leaving the spinach for the end, and process them one by one.
Add a sweetener of your choice, if you wish, after the juice is strained and served in a glass.
