Ingredients

  • Celery – 3 stalk, large
  • Apples – 2 medium
  • Ginger Root – 1/2 thumb
  • Cucumber – 1 cucumber
  • Parsley – 1 bunch
  • Lime (with rind) – 1 fruit
  • Lemon (with rind) – 1/2 fruit
  • Spinach – 2 cup

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to the juicer, leaving the spinach for the end, and process them one by one.
Add a sweetener of your choice, if you wish, after the juice is strained and served in a glass.
