Ingredients List:

• 200g worth of Chicken Breast or Fillets
• 2 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 ½ Tablespoon of Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
• Lemon Juice
• 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Puree
• 5ml of Single Cream
• 100g Green Beans

1. Chop up your garlic into small pieces
2. Cube the chicken
3. Place the garlic and olive oil into the food bag with the chicken
4. Add tomato puree and lemon juice into the food bag
5. Seal and shake the food bag, allowing the ingredients to mix together
6. Leave overnight or for at least twenty minutes, allowing the flavors to marinate
7. Heat a frying pan to medium heat
8. Pour in the chicken and sauce mixture
9. Cook until the chicken is brown
10. Cook on a lower heat for twenty minutes
11. Cook up your vegetables on a gentle heat
12. Pour the cream into the chicken pan once its cooked
13. Serve hot and enjoy immediately
