This recipe provides a boost of fiber and essential nutrients as well as a power pack of protein goodness.
Either bell peppers or large mushroom caps can be used in the preparation of this meal you could even mix it up by making them both to gether!
Ingredients List:
• 50g Cheese (Grated)
• 225g Ground Beef (Mince)
• 5 Mushrooms (Large, open cap)
• 1 Large Bell Pepper
• 2 Tablespoons of Seasoning or dressing
• Zero Calorie Oil

• Baking Tray
• Serrated Knife
• Frying Pan

Method:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees C
2. Heat the frying pan with a zero calorie oil
3. Cook meat until its brown and mix it with the seasoning
4. Hollow out the bell pepper using a knife
5. Stuff the pepper with the mince
6. Bake the pepper in the oven on a baking tray for thirty minutes
7. Top the peppers with cheese and bake for a further ten minutes
8. Remove stems from the mushrooms and wash thoroughly
9. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese
10. Bake in the oven for approximately ten minutes
