Ingredients List:
- 2/3 Eggs
- 6/7 Tablespoons of flaxseed meal
- 6 Tablespoons of coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 3 Tablespoons of pumpkin puree (pure)
- 8 Tablespoons of almond meal (pure)
- 1 ½ Tablespoons of lard or butter

- Bowl
- Wooden Spoon
- Waffle Iron

Method:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon
2. Ensure the consistency is correct (neither sloppy nor stiff) before pouring the mixture
