- 2 Shallots
- 1lb Radish
- Seasoning
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 Oz. Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour

Method:
1. Prepare the radish by cutting off their tops and bottoms
2. Shred the radish using the food processor
3. Peel the shallots and slice them (you can also use the slice option on the food processor for this part)
4. Combine all of the ingredients within a bowl (except butter)
5. Heat the butter in the frying pan on a medium heat
6. Scoop mixture into the pan and fry like pancakes
7. Fry each piece on either side until golden brown
