Ingredients List:

  •  ¾ Cup of Almond Flour
  •  4 Tablespoons of Butter
  •  2 Tablespoons of Sweetener
  •  84g Pecans
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  •  9 Strawberries
  • ½ Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2lbs of Cream Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Sour Cream

Equipment List:

  •  Saucepan
  •  Springform Pan (9”)

  •  9g Carbohydrates
  •  49g Fat

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven (400 degrees)
2. Crush Pecans
3. Melt Butter in a saucepan and add flour, sweetener and pecans
4. Mix until combined
5. Grease Springform pan and line with the base (saucepan ingredients)
6. Cook until brown (5-6 minutes)
7. Combine filling ingredients with a whisk
8. Slice strawberries to line crust with
9. Pour filling on top of strawberries and crust
10. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for sixty-ninety minutes
11. Let cool when cooked, refrigerate and serve with cream
