Ingredients List:
- ¾ Cup of Almond Flour
- 4 Tablespoons of Butter
- 2 Tablespoons of Sweetener
- 84g Pecans
- 4 Eggs
- ½ Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- 9 Strawberries
- ½ Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2lbs of Cream Cheese
- ¼ Cup of Sour Cream

Method:
1. Pre-heat oven (400 degrees)
2. Crush Pecans
3. Melt Butter in a saucepan and add flour, sweetener and pecans
4. Mix until combined
5. Grease Springform pan and line with the base (saucepan ingredients)
6. Cook until brown (5-6 minutes)
7. Combine filling ingredients with a whisk
