For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients, which you are sure to find in your kitchen or pantry:

  • 700 grams of mashed potatoes,
  • 300 – 400 grams of minced meat,
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tomato
  • 10 grams butter

First, you take the mashed potatoes out of the fridge and add some melted butter to it. Mix everything well. Then add minced meat.

Then chop the onion very finely and add it to the bowl with the mashed potatoes and meat. Then add the egg, cream and crushed tomato and stir into the mixture. Finally, a little salt and a little pepper and you’re done!

Then take a baking sheet and grease it with butter or vegetable oil. Pour in the composition. If desired, you can add grated hard cheese on top of the minced meat.

The oven preheats to 180 degrees before putting our revised hash to cook. After 20 minutes, the baking sheet can be removed and the dish will be ready.
