1. Canapes with olives, cherry tomatoes and goat cheese
Use only small cherry tomatoes.
You will need: 150 g pitted olives, 200 g cherry tomatoes, 250 g goat cheese.
Preparation: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the goat cheese into cubes according to the size of the tomatoes. Put an olive on a skewer, then half a tomato and a slice of cheese.
2. Canapes with salmon and cucumber
Ready-made canapes should be small and neat.
You will need: 100 g of salted salmon, 1 cucumber, 150 g of bread, 50 g of butter, herbs.
Preparation: Cut the bread into small slices, cut the cucumber and salmon to the size of the bread piece. Brush the bread with butter, add a slice of cucumber and then the salmon. Gently pierce with a skewer and garnish with herbs.
3. Canapes with blue cheese, nuts and grapes

4. Canapes with red caviar, curd cheese and lemon

You will need: 50 g of red caviar, 80 g of cottage cheese, half a lemon, half a thin baguette, greens.
Preparation: Cut the baguette into thin slices and lightly brown in a dry frying pan. Cut the lemon into small pieces, divide the herbs into small twigs. Lubricate the bread blank with cottage cheese, add caviar, a slice of lemon and herbs.
5. Canapes with shrimp and avocado mousse
The avocado should be very ripe.
You will need: 20 large boiled shrimps, 20 crackers, 1 ripe avocado, 50 g cream cheese, 1 tsp. lemon juice, herbs, ground black pepper, salt, 500 ml of boiling water.
Preparation: Pour boiling water over the shrimps for 2 minutes, cool and peel. Peel the avocado, salt, pepper and crush with a fork until puree. Add lemon juice, cream cheese and stir.
