Ingredients List:

  • Marinara Sauce
  •  Mozzarella Cheese
  •  2 Large Squash (Spaghetti)
  •  3lbs Beef (Mince)
  • 32 Oz. Ricotta

Equipment List:

  • Casserole Dish
  •  Frying Pan

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Split squash and place face down in an oven dish
3. Fill with water until squash is mostly submerged
4. Bake until soft (40 minutes)
5. Brown the meat in a frying pan with the sauce
6. When cooked, scrape out squash innards
7. Layer the lasagne as preferred
8. Bake for thirty minutes until golden
