Ingredients List:
- 1 egg yolk
- 12 shrimp (large
- 15g Coconut (Flaked)
- 30g Coconut (Shredded)
- 45g Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
- 90g Mayonnaise
- For the dip: 60g mayo, 5ml lime juice (unsweetened) and 10ml chili and garlic sauce

Method:
1. Thaw out the shrimp and then dry them
2. Mix together the dry and wet ingredients for the batter
3. Coat all of the shrimp with the batter mixture
4. Fry the shrimp in a saucepan of oil or fryer until they are golden brown
5. Mix together the ingredients for the dip
6. Serve and enjoy immediately
